Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa means to arrange something in a particular way. In these classes, the yoga asanas (postures) are linked to the breath, creating an energetic flow full of transitions and movement for strengthening the body and mind.
Bhakti Vinyasa Flow
Influenced by Rusty Wells, this is a fluid flow of asanas with deep emphasis of movement linked with breath. A fusion of music, sweat, movement and stillness , this class moves you through a loving flow that develops both inward and outward strength.
Hatha Yoga
A gentle class, Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas), and meditation techniques (dyanas) with the goal of bringing about a sound healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
Yogasana Vinyasa
A vigorously invigorating vinyasa flow. Deeply physical but also spiritual, these high energy classes will include music and hands-on adjustments.
For those with a strong practice.
Expect to sweat your way through fast-paced vinyasa flow, you will challenge your stamina but leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and connected with your inner self.
AK Mobility Yoga
A yogic approach to physical movement applying the fundamental teachings and philosophy of yoga to mobility movement for a deeper connected sensation. You will gain muscular power as you meditate and isolate into the targeted area of your body.
Pilates Mat
In these classes will be working to balance all the muscle groups in the body to strengthen and create flexibility, included is challenging the core muscles within each of these movements.
Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased health and wellness in your every day movements!
Flow & Restore
The best of both, this class is a mix of the yang asana postures to heat up the body followed by the cooling yin postures to strength, lengthen and unwind. A deeply relaxing class to leave you feeling balanced and calm.
Embodied Workout
A brand new class developed by Bryony incorporating dance, fitness, yoga kriyas and meditation techniques for a unique workout.
In this class expect to sweat and challenge your body and mind. A full body workout this class is developed to strengthen all areas of your self and master endurance. A unique class only available at Inner Hive.
