BIO

Eliza is an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, her approach is integrative with transpersonal perspective.

She lived, trained and practiced for over a decade in London, UK and is registered with UKCP.  For the last 4 years she is living in Athens, Greece and is studying Process Work Psychology in Hawaii, US and worldwide.

Eliza facilitates individuals, couples and groups, integrating into her practice shamanism, Bon Buddhism, powerful breathwork techniques and other spiritual traditions.

She loves working with body, dreams, inner and outer relationships and subtle awareness.
