Being upside down is fairly simple and fun!
In order to become stronger, build confidence and stay away from eventual injuries, understanding the proper alignment is key to being upside down.
In this workshop Emilio is going to share his passion for standing on his hands with you, guide you through top tips, exercises and key techniques to have you dancing on your hands!
In this workshop we will:
Go though a break down and theory of hand-standing
Warm up the body
Target exercises to prepare the body
Learn special moves to strengthen areas of the body
Have playtime !
Expect to gain confidence on going upside down, be supported on your journey and have fun in the process!

Hello everyone, my name is Emilio , I'm 26 and I aspire to be a monkey!
I was born in Genova (Italy) and I love sports, moving and being outside (oh and food, I love that)People who know me know that I'm obsessed with technique, and my roots in snowboarding and wakeboarding really taught me the importance of progression and discipline.
Thanks to wakeboarding, I've had the chance to travel around the world and learn from some of
the best coaches in the industry and that has set the basics of my coaching philosophy.
In 2016 I expanded my focus towards the fitness industry, with the goal of expanding my coaching skills, and really be able to nourish a person's potential in every aspect.
Oh and last thing, since I moved to Greece my favourite food is Spanakopita and my favourite Yoga studio is Inner Hive, be aware of that!
