Yoga + Sharing Circle for Moms and Moms-to-Be

Join me for a yoga practice + meditation followed by sharing circle for moms and moms to be!
​
To live more joyfully and supported through this transition, we’ll gather for a class that will help open up our bodies, ease our busy mom minds, and help us feel more grounded. We’ll then have a short sharing circle to connect with other moms. This is for you if you’re looking to feel supported.

Note this class is also great for moms-to-be. I will offer suggestions and modifications for prenatal safety.

Your Facilitator:
Kristina is a movement guide, writer, mother, and the founder of Yia Mas, a brand and community inspired by Greece's power to unlock wellbeing. She has extensive experience studying yoga and meditation and is certified as a Katonah Yoga Teacher. Additional certifications include a 100-hour meditation teacher training with Nalanda Institute of Contemplative Science, the Mentorship program at Sky Ting Yoga in NYC, and countless hours in movement classes. She is currently working towards her certification in prenatal yoga. She also teaches traditional Greek dance and was the director of two programs in New York City. Currently, she is based between Athens, Amorgos, and the US. She loves sharing teachings through work.
With a background in writing and digital marketing, her work bridges the gap between our increasingly digital realities and tactile experiences. She loves dancing, music, art, spending time in nature, and creating immersive experiences that bring us back to Earth.
