Melina Gale nicknamed “the monkey” as a child has been practicing yoga on and off for almost 20 years. She decided to finally get certified after chronic stress began to take its toll on her mind and body. Within just a few weeks of a consistent practice almost all her symptoms were gone, Yoga helped her so much that she felt she had to share this magical practice with as many people as possible.
Since 2014 Melina has been teaching in studios around Athens, organizing retreats and facilitating on teacher trainings around the world.
Melina's teaching style is encouraging and playful, her mission is to help her students navigate their busy lives and recognize their true nature with the help of Yoga, all with a smile on their face.
