Classes

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa means to arrange something in a particular way. In these classes, the yoga asanas (postures) are linked to the breath, creating an energetic flow full of transitions and movement for strengthing the body and mind.

Hatha Yoga 

 

A gentle class, Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas), and meditation techniques (dyanas) with the goal of bringing about a sound healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Yin Yoga

A Class of deep relaxation and release. Melt away your fears and create space into your body, mind and wellbeing.In this passive yet intense practice, you will grow inner awareness, release stress and anxiety as you witness a deep sense of peace within the stillness. 

Flow & Restore 

The best of both, this class is a mix of the yang asana postures to heat up the body followed by the cooling yin postures to strength, lengthen and unwind. A deeply relaxing class to leave you feeling balanced and calm. 

Bhakti Vinyasa Flow

 

Influenced by Rusty Wells,  this is a fluid flow of asanas with deep emphasis of movement linked with breath. A fusion of music, sweat, movement and stillness , this class  moves you through a loving flow that develops both inward and outward strength. 

Yogasana Vinyasa

 

A vigorously invigorating vinyasa flow. Deeply physical but also spiritual, these high energy classes will include music and hands-on adjustments.

For those with a strong practice.

Expect to sweat your way through fast paced vinyasa flow, you will challenge your stamina but leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and connected with your inner self. 

Pilates Mat 

 

In these classes will be working to balance all the muscle groups in the body to strengthen and create flexibility, included is challenging the core muscles within each of these movements.
Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased health and wellness in your every day movements!

Suitable for everyone the teacher will give cues for all abilities. 

Level 1

Suitable for beginners and those looking to focus on the foundations of yoga. 

Level 1/2

An understanding of the basic postures is required in these classes.  

Level 2

A faster flowing class merged with challenging transitions. This class is suitable for those who have been practising for a while. 

Level 3

 For experienced yogis. This is a physically demanding class that requires a firm knowledge of the practise.
