Beneath the noise of the day, there is a quiet current within you. This Thursday evening practise blends the essentials of yoga - grounding movement, gentle strength, yogic breathing and moments of stillness all supported by simple yogic philosophy and meditation to guide you inwards.

Cancellation Policy
By booking into a class you automatically agree to the below terms & conditions: - Maximum participants in our group classes: 12 persons - For the comfort, safety and privacy of all participants mobile phones, camera and any recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the yoga studio once the class has started. - All Inner Hive classes require a 2-person minimum for a class to run. If not, Inner Hive has the right to cancel the class until 90 minutes before the class start time. - Bookings are to be made up to 60 minutes before each class. Please book in as early as possible. - While we endeavor to deliver all our classes on time and as advertises, classes are subject to change or cancel without notice. - Inner Hive is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason. -Late entry will not be permitted. No entry is permitted after the class start time and leaving early is strongly discouraged. -If you are late and not permitted entry or do no not show for a class, it will count as a credit on your class pack and is non-negotiable. -Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. -Inner Hive is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. -Teachers are subject to change without notice -Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY -Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend. -All class cancellations are accepted up to 120 minutes prior to the beginning of class. If you fail to cancel within this time you will be charged the no show/late cancellation fee as if you attended the class. -Cancellations via booking platform, phone, email or social media are accepted up to 2 hours prior to the beginning of class. -Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. PRICING -All prices are quoted in Euros and all transactions are processed in Euros. -All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. -All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. -Offers are only available at the lower price during the offer period. -We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
