Description
Vinyasa means to arrange something in a particular way. In a Vinyasa class, yoga asanas (postures) are intentionally linked with the breath, creating a continuous, energetic flow of movement. Each inhale and exhale guides you from one shape to the next, building heat, focus, and presence. Although this class is open to all levels, expect it to be sweaty and challenging. You’ll be invited to explore your edge through creative transitions that build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall body awareness. Options and modifications are always offered, allowing you to move at your own pace while still feeling supported. About Bryony: Bryony has been working with the body for as long as she could walk having trained as a professional dancer, worked as an international celebrity fitness trainer and she is also a certified holistic life coach. It is upon the background that she has developed and is known for her strong dynamic yoga asana classes, that challenge and establish both mental and physical strength. Her classes are sweaty, fun and rich in tradition. She is known for her continuous studies and knowledge of the Yoga History and Philosophy and her passion for the philosophy of yoga is integrated in her classes as she feels the power of yoga moves beyond just the asana. With over 1600 hours of yoga teacher training certification and she deeply believes that yoga can enhance and radically transform the lives of all those who choose to walk this path.

Cancellation Policy
By booking into a class, you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions. General Studio Policies: * Maximum capacity for group classes is 12 participants. * For the comfort, safety, and privacy of all participants, mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the yoga studio once class has started. * All classes require a minimum of 2 participants to run. Inner Hive reserves the right to cancel a class up to 90 minutes before the scheduled start time if minimum numbers are not met. * Bookings must be made at least 60 minutes before class starts. Early booking is recommended. * Classes, teachers, schedules, and services are subject to change or cancellation without notice. * Inner Hive is not liable for refunds, transfers, credits, or compensation for classes that are changed, delayed, or cancelled for any reason. * Late entry is not permitted once class has started, and leaving early is strongly discouraged. * If you arrive late and are denied entry, or if you do not attend a booked class, the class credit will be forfeited. * Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class begins. * Inner Hive is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. * Payment is required at the time of booking. To reserve a class, you must either purchase credits or pay in full at booking. * Class packs are non-transferable and valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. * It is the student’s responsibility to inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to class. * Hands-on adjustments may be offered during class. If you prefer not to receive physical adjustments, it is your responsibility to inform the teacher before class begins. Cancellation Policy * Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours (120 minutes) before the scheduled class start time. * Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit and/or incur the applicable late cancellation fee. * Cancellations can be made via the booking platform, phone, email, or social media up to 2 hours before class. * If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible to allow others the opportunity to join. Pricing * All prices are listed and processed in Euros (€). * Prices are subject to change without notice. * Promotions and offers are valid only during the advertised offer period.
