About Bryony

Bryony has been practising yoga for over 19 years and teaching for 10. She has gained over 1600 hours of yoga teacher training and runs Yogabstudio teacher trainings. Her passion for the teachings of all aspects of yoga are found in the dynamic classes she runs. Bryony is running a yin yoga teacher training this year at Inner hive!
