This session is an invitation to come together in community — all are welcome. Bryony will guide the session from Inner Hive in Pagrati, with the option to join in person for those in Athens or online from anywhere in the world.

 

Breathing together under the Full Moon allows us to tap into something greater than ourselves, a shared field of presence, courage, and transformation. In community, breathwork helps us regulate our nervous systems, soften emotional armor, and remember that we don’t have to carry everything alone.

 

As each person breathes, expresses, and releases, we co-create a space where healing, confidence, and heart-centered clarity can unfold more naturally and more deeply.

About Bryony 

Bryony is a Master Reiki practitioner and is trained in a number of energetic practices such as Angelic Reiki, Crystal Healing and Vortex Healing. She is a Conscious connected Breathwork Teacher and has 1650 hours of Yoga Teacher training.  She is also able to access into the Akashic Records, with these modalities has developed her own technique to promote wellbeing.
