Autumn is here and Nature is gradually preparing for the next change of its elements. Similarly, the human body, after the intense activity of summer, is preparing to bring balance for the assimilation of energies, elements for the next step. At the same time, the astrological eclipses of autumn are coming, the cosmic waves that bring new information for the evolution of each individual and Humanity as a whole!

By the end of the year, three workshops will be offered in our space aimed at awakening, cleansing, and healing the body through breathing, guided meditation, and, of course, deep sound therapy!

On November 10th  the journey towards ourselves continues with Andreas Yeravshek and Irina Popeiko who will initiate the cycle through channeling-meditation, transformation of subconscious programs, energy transfer with the energy-information codes from 11:11 cosmic portal, sound therapy with gongs, singing bowls  and breathing exercises. They will coordinate the group within the healing vibrations and cleansing of the aura for energy activation and guide you  for higher communication to receive deep activation of light codes.

In the first part, we will prepare our physical body through warm-ups, stretches, special breaths based on Qi Gong, and we will continue with more internal tools for awakening and harmonization.

In the second part of the workshop, dynamic sound therapy will follow, using gongs, singing bowls, and special therapeutic musical instruments that will take us deep into the subconscious for unblocking the vital flow and healing!​
