Shortly after the February full moon Andreas welcomes you to an inner journey of self-discovery. The goal is to "enter" the deeper layers of our consciousness helping to unblock what no longer serves the change we desire, to renew our energy and feel happier. Sound therapy along with visualization techniques for cleansing our energy centers (chakras) and deep breathing will come to strengthen your forces.
Various kinds of gongs, sound bowls, chimes and other healing instruments will be used during this session.

Presented by Andreas Yeravshek, who is active in the field of alternative and complementary healing methods and spiritual awakening. 
He has received training as a Reflexologist, massage therapist, and sound therapist. He also teaches the arts of Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan.
