Slow Flow Yoga with Thaleia

Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle practice which combines accessible poses, stretching, and deep breathing to bring restorative energy and peace to your body and mind. Perfect for people of all backgrounds looking to gain strength and flexibility, or for those who need to lower their stress
levels and find a state of balance and relaxation.


Slow but challenging, this practice is a slower-paced form of Vinyasa where traditional yoga poses are held longer, allowing students to have agency over their bodies, explore physical alignment, improve posture, deepen stretch, and increase mental clarity and focus. The classes
are trauma-informed, adaptive, and accessible for all, assists are offered only if requested, and choice making is supported by encouraging clients to listen and honour their bodies.


The classes start with a grounding meditation, gentle loving warm up, mindful movement, and finish with nice relaxation. Students leave this class feeling calm, centred, and revitalised.


Whether you’re a complete beginner, or experienced yogi, practising slow flow yoga regularly can help improve your overall health and well-being in amazing ways.

About Thaleia

Thaleia grew up in Peru and started her journey with yoga when she was a student at university.
She deepened her practice many years ago after being diagnosed with c-ptsd. She found solace
in slow yoga and practiced it consistently since then. Yoga healed her body and mind in a
miraculous way she knew it had to be shared with others.


After a professional career in architecture, Thaleia decided to study therapeutic yoga with the
Soma Yoga Institute from California and became a 200hrs Registe
red Yoga Teacher (RYT).

She’s embarked upon several training programs and continues to educate herself on the brain,
mind, and body. She is also a Trauma-Informed Teacher through the Trauma Center Trauma
Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) and a Certified Grief Teacher. Thaleia’s love of slow yoga inspired her to
create her own method Holistic Blooming where she weaves together grounding and somatic
techniques, clear alignment, creative sequencing, and mindful movement cultivating lasting
positive changes and inner peace.


Thaleia offers a safe space for her students to connect with their body and mind, feel nurtured
and supported. Her goal is to guide you to obtain physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, so
you can create more of the life you want and deserve.
