Breathe ~ Heal ~ Transform
Our breath is the most powerful tool we have! Yet people don’t know about this.
With Breathwork, we can heal.. transform… awaken
Breathwork isn’t just a physical act; it’s a dance between mind, body, and spirit.
In this breathwork class for emotional release, we tap into the wisdom our bodies hold. Our bodies are incredible storytellers, holding onto the wisdom of every joy and pain we’ve experienced. Even when our minds try to move on, our bodies remember and guide us. Trauma gets stuck in our bodies, at a cellular level. So, to heal fully, we need to pay attention to our bodies too.
Breathing is our link to our bodies and our inner selves. It helps us let go of stored-up and suppressed feelings and emotions. Guided by Smaragda, a trained Trauma-Informed Instructor, participants are encouraged to focus on their breath, allowing it to become deeper and more rhythmic. Through conscious connected breathing, individuals can access deep-seated and suppressed emotions, facilitating their acknowledgment and eventual release.
With each breath, we acknowledge the connection between our minds and bodies, finding peace and healing in the process.
What are these feelings and emotions that are holding you back? Join this class to let them go of the past so you can move into a lighter and brighter future

About Smaragda
Smaragda is a Trauma-Informed Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator and a Transformational Coach. She strongly believes that we are all healers, and her holistic approach is based on this foundation.
Her mission is to help people reconnect to their inner wisdom, and live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives!
Her passion lies in exploring and experiencing the full potential of human existence.
After a profound awakening experience, she left behind a successful corporate career, and she embarked on a global journey to explore our true nature, making it her purpose to raise awareness
about it.
Throughout her travel, she sought wisdom from some of the brightest minds and souls in the world, including Dr. Joe Dispenza, Gabor Maté, and Tony Robbins. She engaged in transformative experiences such as walking on fire, participating in a 10-day Vipassana meditation program, and attending breathwork retreats, plant medicine ceremonies, and healing sessions, where she witnessed what seemed like “miracles”. She realized that these were not miracles; rather, it was
the unlimited power and wisdom inherent in our human nature.
In her pursuit of self-healing and self-exploration, she discovered the profound power of Breath and immediately fell in love with it. Since then, she made it her mission to raise awareness about the
benefits of Breathwork in our mind, body, and spirit!
