Vinyasa Yoga with Sophia

Vinyasa means to arrange something in a particular way. In these classes, the yoga asanas (postures) are linked to the breath, creating an energetic flow full of transitions and movement for strengthening the body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels

About Sophia 
Sophia is a biomedical research scientist, dedicated yogi and meditation enthusiast. 

She completed her Doctorate degree in Immunology from the University of Oxford, UK. She went on to be a postdoctoral research fellow in Neuroscience at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, USA. There she investigated the beneficial impact of exercise on the brain and cognitive performance. Her scientific interests still lie in the field of exercise, neurogenesis and angiogenesis. Her journey with yoga and meditation began during her graduate studies as tools for stress and mental health management, tools that she wishes to share with others through her teachings. She has evolved yoga to become a part of her daily lifestyle. Sophia completed her yoga alliance 200-hour yoga teacher training with Bryony Giboin.
